Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the company Benaulim SA and any non-commercial natural person (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to purchase one or more products offered on the site www.clariskim.fr .

2. Products
The website offers pool decontamination cartridges for sale. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. The photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
3. Orders
Orders are placed via the contact form. The Customer must provide the information necessary for delivery: first name, last name, postal address, email, and telephone number. The order is only validated after written confirmation by Benaulim SA (by email).
4. Price
Product prices are indicated in euros (€).
Delivery costs are communicated to the customer before confirmation of the order.
5. Payment terms
Payment is made by the means agreed between the parties (credit card, transfer, check, etc.). No shipment is made until full payment of the amount due.
6. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
Indicative delivery times: 3 to 7 working days after validation of the order and receipt of payment.
Benaulim SA cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email or mail. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
8. Legal guarantees
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
In the event of a defective product, the Customer may request repair, replacement or reimbursement under the conditions provided for by law.
9. Liability
Benaulim SA cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product by the Customer or failure to comply with the instructions for use.
10. Personal data
The personal information collected is necessary for order processing. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
11. Disputes
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
